How to install PowerDirector.Ultimate.v12.0.2420.0 content p

Hello all, i have powerdirector 12 ultimate installed and i wanted to install some content pack, downloaded here from this forum

found in thread smth to install content pack, downloaded all the parts,
when i run setup.exe
get this error: incorrect setting for installation (Suite)
using w7 x64 professional
any install notes or smth please!
