Best and easy screen capture/record?

Anyone has any suggestion for a screen cap/record? That is easy to use and it can record in HD and can pick up sound? and with no lag if possible?
i try Microsoft Expression Encoder 4…. it sucked

try Fraps

Fraps is the standard, but I’ve heard Dxtory records without any fps drops or lags. Give that a try.
