Avatar missing since relaunch

Since the re-launch of WBB, i noticed my and other users/guest avatar picture gone missing.
Whats worse is that the function to re-up my avatar seems to be broken. ie no box
In the Current Image: slot…i see nothing, no way to add a picture by uploading through browsing in my PC. The other one Link to off-site Avatar: has a box still.
Is it just me, or does anybody else have this issue and how to fix it.

you have to re-upload it to an image site then go to your settings page (at the top menu )
Profile , Information, avatar, and copy the address of the image page at the bottom (Link to off-site Avatar)
Yes, do the link to offsite avatar…..minus.com is a suitable image host.
