rederect domain trafic?

I have two domains with go daddy. I had some traffic with my old website. Not in the thousands but I was getting couple of hundred of hits a month I got a brand new domain relaunching my site. How can I redirect traffic to my new domain from the old one. I own both domains

Replace your index file with a PHP redirect:
http://php.about.com/od/learnphp/ht/phpredirection.htm
Clearly, This requires a hosting account to be linked to the domain.
Alternatively, You could create a simple HTML page, Saying something like:
"We moved to a new domain:
http://www.what.ever
Please update your bookmarks!"
