Help P2p softwares

Windows XP services are stopped. As a result bittorent is not working. Any way to start the services and to install and use bittorrent,l , limewire p2p s/w

Services , you mean Administrative tools>Services ? can’t see the one you want to enable from the list ? how it got disabled , and what is the specific service you are talking about ?
