patch issue

my wife has laptop with windows 8 i am unable to use the patches for apps as get windows error..i run as admin but no joy ..win 7 they work ok
thoughts ??

yeah, more info. what errors? specs? has it ever worked? etc etc.

probably not inserting the patches into where they are supposed to go hence why they wont work and could be cause your anti would block some patches as well
