account and email bann? Help?

Hi there, my account and email for some reason has been banned. im using my sisters account on here so I can get in touch with the help desk. I tried logging into my account on another computer and obviously have forgot my password so I tried having a new password sent to me but I havnt got the email. its been over an hour and iv had it resent like 5 times. so I finally, being defeated, decided to try and make a new account. this returned saying my email has been banned. what is going on? my user name is laci2 and the email with that account is laci.b2@gmail.com. since I created that account I have a new email lacijw2@gmail.com this one is banned? this makes no sense. Please help.
