Register Sims 3

Hi, this is maybe more of a question of a possibility. I have downloaded and installed sims 3 long time ago and I’d like to know if I can register the game on this website

because I’d like to download some stuff from there but I have to have the game registered first.
I tried using the same code I used for installation but it didn’t work. So, is there a way I could do it or nah? Or could I somehow download from the site without registering?

You downloaded and installed a pirated game with a fake key…
You need a legit game to do that..
