Where I can download Windows 8.1 language packs?

Hello, I’ve installed Windows 8.1 Professional French edition and I want to change the system language to English, so how I can do this?

You can usually get the language packs via Windows update. (They are the non-important hidden ones)
Don’t forget to change to US or UK layout for your keyboard – whichever suits you.
