Oh, not on play store, it’s a firefox or chrome addon
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/ublock-origin/
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/ublock-origin/cjpalhdlnbpafiamejdnhcphjbkeiagm?hl=en
Go there with one of the browsers and click to add it.

OK I wrote too soon without testing. I remembered that Android browsers can use the same addons. as desktop versions.
But the one you wrote
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.adblockplus.browser
This is fine, I use it on my iPad sometimes.

thanks
Answer #8
google
“android request desktop site”
and you may be able to install it that way
using the desktop site may also eliminate the need to install apps that generate adds
on my tablet I never install apps if I can use the desktop site
also if you rooted your android there is a “hosts” file hack that can do what you want

thanks all for your valuable suggestions.
