Problem in hdd….urgent help needed!

I am facing some problem with my internal hdd……from last 3 days my system was continue hanging in short durations for few seconds in both os (win 7 and win xp). Today i insert win 7 disk & delete both windows partition & create a new one & try to install win 7 but it was not susccessfully installed. After that i insert hiren boot disk & try use some disk management tools but what i saw that my other logical partitions are showing invalid format. Now this time i insert win xp disk in cd rom & boot from it but after reading files it shows some error. see below screenshot for error.
after that i again insert hiren boot disk & delete my primary partition and create two new partion that i was using before and install win 7 in one partion but after installing win 7 my all other partitions gone invisible. I also check computer management where partition are showing but i am unable to format them from cm. I am attaching a screenshot of computer management.
hope i’ll get some solution & will not loose my any data.

Boot from your Hiren’s BootCD and fix the errors in your HD using HDD Regenerator..
If your Hiren’s BootCD don’t include HDD Regenerator you can download mine..Under my signature..

On disk management,Right click each of those partitions (After the D) and assign a drive letter,That will likely do the trick.
You could recover data from the D partition by using file scavenger (Get it from the apps section),Do the long scan
and choose no when asked if to search for deleted files as it’s only a file system corruption,Do note that you must have
enough free space on another partition/hdd to recover the data to! I also recommend you check your HDD with
the brand’s diagnostic tool.
