[SOLVED] PC Security

Is this common?
First of all, I have only recently started using Yahoo! to chat with this one friend I have. That friend is the only person I chat with. My Yahoo! screenname is posted on my facebook. My facebook info is only viewable by my friends. So this is what happened to me earlier today.
I use Avast free edition, superantispyware, malwarebytes-antimalware, and ccleaner on a daily basis, almost religously lol. Even ran scans on all during and immediately after this convo. Had some tracking cookies that I don’t usually have, but who knows.
Someone added me on Yahoo! by the screen name of ‘maddicarawfordm9849’, I did not recognize who they were. The conversation I had with them went like this:
Sep 29 8:25 PM
maddicrawfordm9849: :-)hello …
Sep 29 8:26 PM
Me:Do I know you?
Sep 29 8:27 PM
maddicrawfordm9849:Cool let me ask u something?
Sep 29 8:27 PM
Me:I asked u something
Sep 29 8:27 PM
maddicrawfordm9849:do u like blonde gal with a big but or bootY? ~
Sep 29 8:28 PM
Me:no
Sep 29 8:28 PM
maddicrawfordm9849:well i got a lot of both u wanna see
Sep 29 8:28 PM
Me:no
Sep 29 8:28 PM
maddicrawfordm9849:k let me set my web cam up and you can watch me here(link…..
· Sep 29 8:28 PM
Me:get f*cked b*tch
· Sep 29 8:28 PM
maddicrawfordm9849:sounds like the only b*tch here is you! haha
——————————————————————————-
And ofcourse I didn’t click the link. And I left it out so no one here would click it.
I tried to send a .txt file to this person so I could use netstat /n to get their IP address, however they would not accept the file transfer.
How could I have handled this situation better? What would you have done? Who could this be and why were they doing it? Was it someone I know?

Answer #1

Answer #3
MrN1ce9uy replied: But wait!... what if you are that person?????!
Then ignore me, I don’t care! Kindly edit the subject/title of your post to say [Solved]
Answer #4
But you didn’t solve anything for me.
Answer #5
MrN1ce9uy replied: But you didn't solve anything for me.
Because you didn’t have a problem. The point of marking the post as [Solved] is so that people don’t keep reading and replying to your topic!
Do you need help with something? I would be glad to help you if so! If not, please mark solved…
Answer #6
