Microsoft Office 2011 for mac spelling checker problem

Sometimes when i open certain word documents, my office word keeps popping up a “spelling checker files not file” window, and even if i press ‘ok’, it’ll popup immediately again. I’ve tried reinstalling many times but the problem would still be there.
Any help?
