Samsung Qwerty Star acting weird

Yesterday I got called by an “Unknown” number, I picked up the phone, I didn’t hear anything and I hung up. Now the weird thing is, normally when an unknown number calls it gets listed in the caller history (incoming calls). But in this case it didn’t. I had this same situation before, weird isn’t it?
Another weird thing… I was listening to music and while the phone was on lock it skipped to the next number, in the middle of the current song, this happened like.. atleast 5 times already.
So… any ideas how/why this is happening? (or is my phone just posessed? )
