Why do I see ~Disallowed~ in URL’s?

When I go to get a file I find many of the links look like this
http://www.~Disallowed~/file/7P5xxWX
I’m starting to get the impression other people don’t get this.

But basically it means you cant post that link.

I don’t think they are talking about posting links, as they’ve said when they try to get one. So yes those links aren’t available on here, either host has stopped sharing which makes links useless anyway, or host breaks rules of forum and are disallowed.

Filehosts that are marked as Disallowed are disallowed by the Moderators or reported by members for breaking the forum rule #4.2
