how to upload files to ~ Disallowed ~?

as you all know that RS ban the HF IP,SO I could not use HF Remote upload WITH RS???
SO How do you upload files to ~ Disallowed ~

Well that means your upload is slow mate. Have you tested it with any other FileHosting Services?
