What is a good settings for pcsx2(ps2 emulator)?
August 3rd, 2016
I wanna play gt4 again but the game movement is slow on pcsx2 and I was wondering what would be the best setting for my pc. Lenovo z585
AMD A10 4600m with radeon hd 7660g
I know I could ask on the pcsx2 forum.
I have GT4 also and it plays no problem? I’m on the Toshiba S55-A5295 I can do some research and get back to you but It probably just your setup the ps2 emulators takes so much PC power

I can run it no problem but once I start doing a race or license race the whole game just slows down and I tried with d3d11 and d3d9, no difference. Please tell me if you can help out. Thanks so much .
Almost certainly your system spec certainly the processor doesn’t meet the recommended level, i took this from the pcsx2 site Windows Vista / Windows 7 32bit/64bit
* CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo @ 3.2ghz or better
* GPU: 8600gt or better
* 1gb RAM (2gb if on Vista / Windows 7)

Isn’t a core 2 duo worst than my amd a10? Mine is quad core and C2D is dual core I think. I don’t even know if my onboard gpu matches with the graphics but I can play most computer games at mid-high plus I got 6 gigs of ddr3 ram. Some games are fine and some are not I mean on pcsx2. How much CPU is being used while playing ?
See where it is going in task manager.
