Pcsx2 emulator with BIOS and guide tutorial

Can anyone direct me to the latest Pcsx2 emulator for PS2 on PC with BIOS and a tutorial on how to set to set it up properly please? I searched many links on the forum but I didnt find any satisfactory. There is none which shows a proper guide or tutorial for set up and after set up how to set controls and settings etc.
Im sorry if I posted in wrong section. I was confused where to post: Helpdesk or Requests section.

Official Configuration Guide can be found here:

Read over it while going through the configure screens. It can make it alot easier to understand what does what by doing this. If you have any further questions, just ask here and I’ll try to help you out the best that I can.

Bro that isnt the latest version right. The latest according to their site is 0.9.8 and it is better than 0.9.6 because some bugs have been fixed and more PS2 games are compatible with the new version.
