PCSX2 Needs better CPU or GPU?

Is GPU more important than CPU in PS2 Emulator?

In that particular emulator it has been found that the best CPU to use is a dual core. This is due to the code being able to effectively use both cores. Whereas a quad core or higher will cause the emulator to run on only one core. The better your GPU the better the emulator will run. It takes alot of time and effort yo get the emulator running at a decent FPS though.

CPU dependent. So many co-processors to emulate. Works fine on my Ivybridge.
