Vista Icons

i just installed fresh copy of vista
whenever i move some icons then i press refresh they go back to w/e position they want and then when i restart my comp the icons change again this time “SIZE” how to fix it? i never had it b4

do system restore
or maybe you have a virus or some spyware clean your system

AutoArrange? Have you kept this on?
To check right click and under Arrange Icons by.. see if its selected.

if your copy is legit call Microsoft they will be able to help you out
if not i am sorry i have no idea becuase it has never happend to me before
