Vista 64-bit installation error

Hello guys. i am just trying to install vista 64-bit on my pc, but in the proces, at the very start, when it boots up and copies the files, it comes up with an error which says it is missing a driver or something. i can install 32-bit no problems. anyone knows the solution? i had a quick look up in the net, couldnt find anything
any comments will be appriciated .
