http://www.google.com?t=2319758&highlight=
But When i try to boot it from the vista DVD it shows this error
Help Please!!
I Have Acer M1640 with Vista Home Premium
I don’t know acer series very well.
But it seems, vista can’t see your pc hardware.
Try to apply[ make an edit disk ] Acer M1640 drivers to Vista Disk
Search your necessary drivers[ I found, but I don’t know they are ok or not ]
http://members.driverguide.com/driver/detail.php?driverid=1257690
What You Mean?
You Mean Put The Nvidia driver on the same DVD As The Vista one?
please Help
1> Open your vista iso/nrg etc. disk with a virtual drive,
2> Click CTRL + A for select everything, and copy them to your desktop folder [ folder named VistaEdt ]
3> Download nlite and install it
http://www.nliteos.com/
4> Now this is the hard tip: Search your “All Acer M1640 drivers” for VISTA, and download them, copy them to a folder[ folder name an example: AcerDrv ],
5> Open nlite / select your language, choose vista folder [ VistaEdt ]
6> Try to combine acer drivers with your vista disk…
for 5 and 6; use google, type;
“How to install drivers with nlite”
“Using nlite”
“How can I use nlite”
etc.
I hope, this will helps…

Do you have a different copy of of Vista install DVD?
Not the same source as the one you are using…
no is the same one that I’m using now.
also I repaired my pc with it and I had no problem.
but now i just want to full format my pc and when i try that i get this error
Ok… interesting…
Update your mainboard bios, sometimes it helps…
IF NOT, than, you should download a new copy of vista disk
looks like a disc read error to me.
mate I updated the BIOS and still no luck this is the first error i get when i boot from the DVD.
Could you give me a better link for vista home premium which you could trust and i will download it and see if it works please.
if you think that’s the problem
thanks!!
Please do not double post, Use the edit button instead-
Just download Vista Ultimate…It includes all the other editions…As long as it’s not modified…
>< do you think thats the problem?
And vista ultimate is too strong for my computer it slows down the system too much.
I have no idea…It’s such unusual problem…The only way to solve it is to try what ever people suggest…
You don’t need to install Vista Ultimate…If you boot with Vista Ultimate DVD you get to choose to install home premium or any other Vista edition…As long as the key match the one you selected…
ok thanks
and i hope that will work
Any1 Have Any Other Ideas Please?
It seems, there is one way to solve this problem: Download any other vista which will suit to your computer.
could you please give me a link which you think you could trust pleaseee!!!
thanks
and sorry for double post
I Downloaded another vista and i am having the same problem again
Maybe you burned disk so quickly… An example, Vista DVD should write at speed: 4X. If you burn up to 4, it will be error in it.
Or, maybe your dvd writer has a problem… I don’t know anymore…
I finally fixed it i had to put the nvidia drivers to an usb flash than browse them from that error
