I Have Acer M1640 with Vista Home Premium

Answer #1
I don’t know acer series very well.
But it seems, vista can’t see your pc hardware.
Try to apply[ make an edit disk ] Acer M1640 drivers to Vista Disk
Search your necessary drivers[ I found, but I don’t know they are ok or not ]

Answer #3
1> Open your vista iso/nrg etc. disk with a virtual drive,
2> Click CTRL + A for select everything, and copy them to your desktop folder [ folder named VistaEdt ]
3> Download nlite and install it

4> Now this is the hard tip: Search your “All Acer M1640 drivers” for VISTA, and download them, copy them to a folder[ folder name an example: AcerDrv ],
5> Open nlite / select your language, choose vista folder [ VistaEdt ]
6> Try to combine acer drivers with your vista disk…
for 5 and 6; use google, type;
“How to install drivers with nlite”
“Using nlite”
“How can I use nlite”

Just download Vista Ultimate…It includes all the other editions…As long as it’s not modified…

>< do you think thats the problem?
And vista ultimate is too strong for my computer it slows down the system too much.

I have no idea…It’s such unusual problem…The only way to solve it is to try what ever people suggest…
You don’t need to install Vista Ultimate…If you boot with Vista Ultimate DVD you get to choose to install home premium or any other Vista edition…As long as the key match the one you selected…

Maybe you burned disk so quickly… An example, Vista DVD should write at speed: 4X. If you burn up to 4, it will be error in it.
Or, maybe your dvd writer has a problem… I don’t know anymore…

I finally fixed it i had to put the nvidia drivers to an usb flash than browse them from that error
