[SOLVED]Can I port forward a modem?

I need these UDP 88 UDP 3074 TCP 3074 I have scientific atlanta webstar dpc2100.
Can I port forward or where to write these numbers

I’m not sure you can forward ports on a modem…Don’t you have a router?

i only have modem…..i only need to port forward this and I can join live for 1st time
