[SOLVED] Modem Pre-Shared Key

I have an wifi Modem which allows me to ave wifi internet to my phone, i find it on my WLAN list but it s asking for an Pre-shared key for WLAN how should i find it?

nope, i didn t made the setup, i don t even ave access to the modem. just got the wifi account details.

I got the account details, but seems everytime i connect a new device to the router it s asking for the wep key. there s no way is it?

Well you have 2 options..
1- ether ask who ever set it up for the key..
2- Reset the router (Most routers have a small reset switch in the back) And set a new key..
Before proceeding with the reset..Read the user guide that came with your hardware..

thanks lionden, not worth reseting the router – the password would change nd i had to configure everything (i could do it) but it s not worth taking a risk. for now.

If you don’t know the key you can’t connect. If the key wasn’t given with the details then you simply got trolled. Oh and stop raging it’s not healthy.

Your ISP account has no correlation whatsoever to your wireless password,You clearly know very little about routers.
Anyways,Since your not too keen on resetting it,The simplest solution would be running this app on of the PCs
that uses the wireless:

It’d reveal the password.
