[Solved] error while trying to open up Vegas Pro 9.0

i just install it and when i’m trying to open it up.. it pop up this..

when i click ok, this thing came out

my spec:
Microsoft Windows XP 64bit
intel core 2 duo E4600 @ 2.40Ghz
8.00 GB of RAM
