Fallout New Vegas keeps crashing with error

Sometimes it crashes when going thru a door/loading time, others its when I open/close pip-boy. Sometimes Im playing for an hour or so before it crashes, other times i’ll only have been playing a few minutes.
Always crashes with same error:

PS – Im using the 2nd Skidrow update, but the problem was there before i updated

I think we all get the same error, although my game doesn’t even start… I don’t even get to see anything before it crashes!

well ima re-apply the 2nd update and crack. Hopefully that might work, if not then I guess we gotta wait for an official update… boo

I found a sollution that worked for me.
Just download d3d9.dll and drop it in the fallout new vegas installation folder. Link:
