Depends on the router, you can apply access restrictions and apply them to ip’s on the lan so that they have access to sites at certain times or not at all. Just need to assign static ip’s to the other users and apply the rule.
try use open DNS, its a nice way to block stuff and easy to…just configure your router to point to 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220 then create an account online to manage it
