Cant swich over to my new Router from my Old Router!
August 5th, 2016
I use a TalkTalk smartax mt882
and am currently on TalkTalk Broadband.
I brought a Belkin “G” Wireless Router today
and when i set it all up using the manual and then place the CD in and go through it all, it fails, saying that it cant transfer my information?
I fill out all the correct things, my new Router Name, What broadband im on (I put UK, TALKTALK) then it asks me for my Login and Password, which is (your home number)@Talktalk.net and (Password)
I do these correctly and have even phoned up TalkTalk customer services for my OFFICIAL password, so i know it isnt that.
Has anyone had any problems with something similar before? and if so, how do you fix it, please, its driving me crazy
Please some one help, im dying here…
(im currently using my Smartax to do this, but i really want my Belkin)
