resizing partitions

i have three partitions rite now 1 has windows 7 1 has xp and 1 is just data
now i wanna take some space from the windows 7 and xp and add it too the data
i no how to do tht but i would like to no what software should i use i need one that is safe plz help

you can only shrink/enlarge adjacent partitions what order are your partitions in
XP – 7 – data
get Hirens BootCD
use acrons or paragon partition app
shrink XP
enlarge 7 into free’d up XP space
shrink 7
enlarge data
back up any data you can’t loose just in case
