Realtek freezes my entire laptop <- hard reboot each time

Well i’ve had this issue for few weeks now, basically when i play multiplayer game about 10min in game my laptop feezes completly. First i thought it was my wifi card, then i bought lan cable to see if this happens with lan. Again same thing. So came to concustion that it cant be wifi. I disabled in device manager all audio and went multiplayer cod waw and everything was fine. Now i uninstalled realtek drivers and used win7 default and issue still occurs
Im stuck in here, is it hardware issue ? Its weird cause single player games play rly good with no freeze. :/ plz help me out in here

you had the latest realtek drivers ? from realtek ?
try uninstalling the “audio device” in device mgr, reboot and let windows reinstall it

Time to reinstall your OS.
But first do a full antivirus scan.
and check that none of your sound drivers are corrupted.
