Rar a file and size

Lets suppose i have a file of about 50MB with 100 photos inside it.
I want to create a rar file of this file. So i right click on the file and i choose
Add to archive and i see this window
I tried to create a rar file and its size was about 17MB. The original file was about 50MB.
How can i create a rar file with size which is near to 50MB and not much smaller?
Should i choose any speficic settings?
Go to Compression method and set it to Fastest (small compression) or Store(no compression).

In Store mode i got a rar file of 51MB size and in Fastest mode i got a rar file of 29.5 MB size.
