Memory card, Dead, corrupt, or what!

recently it stopped working, and i relly dont know the reason.
windows started showing memor card needs to be formatted.
i tried to do that(keeping in mind i have a recovery software), but it gave an error: “cannot be formatted”.
Now, i tried to use a recovery software. and here are the results:
It shows it is a 1.3 TB memory card! and some other stuff…
any idea how i can get my data back.. I dun really care about the card, i just want my data, its very important.
google “flash drive diagnostic utility” and try some of those hits
