Fixing corrupt memory card

hello dear ians, i am trying to fix my 16gb memory card which is corrupt. whenever i try to format it, i somehow fails with errors like windows can’t format, or couldn’t format (when i use HPUSBDisk tool). i even tried doing with CMD by going to Diskpart. i followed following steps
CMD> Diskpart
Diskpart > list disk > select disk 1 > clean >create partition primary. now at this stage it fails to execute with an error which was about some insufficient error or more than 3 partitions. anyway i skipped this step and followed to the next one in which we have to put this code
select partition 1> format fs= fat32
and at the end nothing happened.
i tried almost everything i knew, can any gentleman among you will help me?

Partition software, here is a small and free very good one. Can’t say it’ll fix it but its worth a try. I recently had issues reading & formatting a 300GB Raptor drive and it helped a lot.
