help with r4i card with 4gb memory

i have a r4i card with 4gb memory was working fine before i updated from website www.r4ultra.com before had Danny Phantom on r4 menu card now i did bottom update from that website and now is totally blank and tell me when i click it an error has occured and to switch it off ive tried formatting the micro sd card and re put the kernal back on but nothing any suggestions the r4 card like white when inserted doesnt show games on there or nothin

sounds like you fried your R4i, there are many companies that make R4i, all with different chips, running software made for other cards is bad.
its one reason i tell people to stay away from R4, you really dont know what you are gettings since every one and their grandma in china make R4’s, the other brands are just are cheap but they dont have as many different companies all using the same sticker with different product.
try plugging it into a dsl, in 1.4 nintendo added in anti-flash card block, many flash card companies tricked the dsi into thinking the game was danny phantom and would load, since your dsi cant read it, you must have deleted the danny phantom hack, and have to rehack your r4i to work on 1.4.

that sounds so complicated it does seem to have deleted that hack on r4i card as when its in im unable to see that picture or says nothing about it , what do u suggest and how can i get that hack back onto the r4i card if not able to what do you suggest the best card for the dsi , thanks for replying kinda stuck on what to do regards liz
