laptop problem plz help!

hey guyz i recentily downloaded a virus or somthing when i trired to run it.
it just crashed my system and now when i restart my laptop no window comes up and it wont even let me recover idk wats going on can some1 plz help
even when i go onto safe mode it just don’t go to windows (i have windows vista).
plz help me i have some important data on my laptop

When you said “don’t go to windows”, what does it mean ? what did you see ?
