.Ipa Apps load in Windows PC

Is there anyone knows how to run/install downloaded .IPA apps in windows PC.
I recently used iPadian but this cant help my problem.

EDIT! it doesnt work it cant access the app store you cant install ipa’s it doesnt exist i looked everywhere sorry man
Actually I want to run Plants Vs. Zombies 2 on my PC downloaded from apps store.. I used Start BlueStacks for android to windows and it works fine for me. So i do research for Ios apps. and I saw ipadian.
unfortunately it cant load my downloaded ipa apps. Anyway.I just wait to release PVZ2 an android version. hopefully SOON they will.. ^_^
