Image Grabber II Error?

Whenver I try to open a file I get this first ; “Class not registered”,,, then I try a second time and I keep getting this,, “Failed to open the movie. Either the file was not found or the wave device device is in use.”
Any ideas?

image grabber 2 will only load some files not all try this one

Does Image Grabber only open ISO files because Im trying to open a AVI file..

no it does not open iso mate it opens compressed media files

The link you gave me I dled it and I clicked on open and it only looks for Image files
