any other programs just like image grabber

image grabber wont work for me anymore all it does it plays the audio of the file but wont let me take screenshots!!!!
I was just wondering if there is a similar program out there that will let me take video screenshots???????
I have tried so many different programs and keep comming to dead ends any help will be appriciated
