How to bring IE icon on the desk top in Vista

I have vista Eternity installed I didn’t find any way to bring IE icon on desktop (not shortcut).
Desktop icon setting doesn’t have IE.
Please help me guysss.

maybe ben disabled IE in that. so i think you should ask him on this trick.
