Answer #1
you can run it but it will not be great… depends on the resolution too.
Note…
Crysis was designed a system killer, there are few rigs that can give good performance on ultra high with high resolutions.
Crysis is not the best benchmark IMO.
Answer #2
it sucks, you will not be abble to play crysis on full, no way

Some of these replies are quite depressing for you. But they’re note true. You will be able to run Crysis on Very High with no problems at all with that setup. I played it on High on a E6550 with a Ati HD3850 at 30fps (1440×900), on very high I got 20 fps so I could even play it. So you should definitely get 30+ fps on Very High on that setup

As you can see average fps 12!!
yet every other game I play runs beautifully at full spec 1600×1050 witt full AA and AF.
It’s a sweet setup and you will love it, I just feel crysis is not good for rating a systems performance

On XP you get about 10fps more. I know because I tested, the exact same settings, 30fps on XP, 20fps on Vista.

Answer #17
Crysis seems to run better in xp for me than it did on vista.
Answer #18
Teehee. Nice but mine is better though
Well you should go with an HD4870 though instead of that 8800GT SLI setup. It will be cheaper and will give you better performance in almost everything. The memory is CL5. You should go with a CL4 kit so you get more headroom for OC and more bandwidth over the northbridge. Also you should go with a P45 motherboard instead so you’ll save some money. The ASUS P5Q’s are inexpensive and are incredible in features.
Answer #19
how much are you paying for this system?
an 8800GT wont be able to play crysis on max, but it can play it on high quality and med res but no aa
IMO, you can build one for a cheaper price but tell us the rpice of this
