I would like some informations about setting up a help desk call center project.
here the description of the project
a call center that help people when having issues with computer hardware, software (office …..) or internet and try to give them some solutions. For that the client will call a special number that is over taxed.
thats my idea of the project
i need some informations and guidelines about that services and where can i find some informations, software and hadware need.
