On your computer or motherboard manufacturer site!
If you got a laptop, Or a branded desktop (DELL, HP and the like) then go to the support/downloads section on their site, Choose your computer model (Or input it’s serial number) and it’d display the available downloads for it.
If you got a customized (Non-Branded) desktop, Then get CPU-Z to determine your motherboard/video card model.
If you got a Geforce/Radeon video card, Then obtain the driver from NVIDIA or AMD’s website, If it’s onboard, Then from the motherboard manufacturer site. Make sure the drivers you download are for the correct operating system (bits included)
I.E don’t down Win7 32 bit drivers if you’re gonna install the 64 bit version. Also, Vista drivers are compatible with Win7 and upwards, So if you can only find Vista drivers and plan on installing a newer OS, You shouldn’t have any problems!
And for the record, There are no BIOS drivers (None are needed!) there are BIOS updates however (And you should never update it unless you have a very good reason to! If things go wrong, It’d leave your motherboard useless.)
Anyways, Good luck.
