Format for the 360?

What is the movie format I must convert a downloaded movie from here so that I can stream it to my 360?

the xbox360 can read any divx, xvid movie so if the movie is avi the xbox should play it without converting
If the movie is HD then it’s likely mkv so you would have to convert it to mp4
