downloading help!

hey, everytime i try to download through rapid share it says that my IP address is already downloading something.. but its not. can anyone help me get this sorted? its driving me mad.

try restarting your router (/modem). unplug it, leave it for a few minutes, plug it back in and wait for it to reconnect. also a great way to get around the download limits
