DMCA related issue

What will happen if I upload a file and it got into the DMCA list ?
Any idea ? Or is it normal ?

What is normal is the files being removed from the filehost servers.

Oh alright. If it happens too many times, account will be disabled ?
But, any idea how to avoid this ? Or is it just some filehosting has this DMCA thingy ?

Depending on the filehost your account may be disabled. As for DMCA, all filehosts get notices to remove copyright infringement.
