Can’t play MP4 Videos on Nokia 2700c.

I have Nokia 2700 classic phone. It supports MP4 videos, but I am unable to play MP4 videos. I can hear only the sound of MP4 video, can’t see video. I have converted it using Total Video Converter. Please help me, which codec to use to get video playable on my mobile?

I use Allok 3GP PSP MP4 iPod Video Converter and i can play videos perfectly on my nokia, download it from:

And the Video formats are: MPEG-4 / 3GPP H.263

I have tried to convert the video file using many other video converters, but didn’t get success. I can play some *.mp4 videos, but others can’t. Why?
