[Solved] Cant play downloaded videos

Not sure if this was posted. Just recently set my computer up again. Never had a problem on laptop. I have a windows xp 2002 home edition.
I try to play a movie i downloaded, I get a green line screen. Was using VLC and got the problem. Switched to windows media player and it said i needed a license. Ive never had this problem before but is there a way to pass this. and watch downloaded stuff again.

Install PotPlayer and watch your videos..

try a different player

Maybe some bug or crash..
U can use k lite too..
It can play most of the files ..

try 321 media player.

thanks. it worked. Must have spent too much time off the computer. Not well caught up to it yet.
