Can you play 360 DLCs downloaded from here?

1st: Is it even possible? Because I’ve heard say DLCs are digitally signed, so downloading it from the net won’t work.
2nd: If it is possible? What do I need and some instructions?
Thanks. I ask because I missed out on the Mass Effect 2 DLCs from MS yesterday and downloaded them all from here and dunno what to do now.
I know you can do it with JTAG 360s, but you need a dashboard before a certain date to be able to do the exploit.
I end up waiting for them to be released on disc and burning that. I’m not sure if Mass Effect 2 is going to do that.
damn it, not the answers i was looking for. My dashboard is always the latest version because otherwise the disc won’t play, even if it’s wave patched.
guess I’ll have to wait for a GOTY of ME2 then or something.
