How to play downloaded DLC on xbox?

Hey, say I downloaded some DLC from here or somewhere, specifically the Fallout NV DLC how could I play it? Would it require modding or not? Thanks!

Okay don’t have a modded xbox, so that option is out. What do you mean by the non-Jtag profile?
