Are these processors compatible?

i have a notebook with a Celeron processor and i want to buy a faster processor
are these processors compatible (i mean, if i buy the i7 it will fit in my notebook and run without problems)?

can’t find any lappy’s that use this with a Core i* CPU, they all seem to use the B*** series
these are 2 other diffs in their specs

the higher TDP (Thermal design power) tells me they are not compatible

Also you can’t normally change the CPU in a laptop. Why do people get laptops when they want to upgrade the CPU or GPU? I don’t get it.
